Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Product Kit OS ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.

Description of Service

Product Kit OS provides digital products, templates, worksheets, guidebooks, and related educational resources ("Kits") that help founders build, validate, and launch products. Some content is downloadable, some is interactive, and all of it is covered by the license described below.

Account Terms

By creating an account, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• You will provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

If we suspect misuse or unauthorized access, we may suspend or terminate your account to protect the Service.

Purchases and Payments

Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Price changes will never impact purchases already completed.

Refunds

Because Kits include instantly accessible digital content, all sales are final.
If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your content, contact support@productkitos.com and we’ll make it right.

License

When you purchase a Kit, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. Modifying the materials for your own internal use is allowed.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the materials
• Share your account with others
• Claim the content as your own
• Use the content in competing products, courses, or services
• Upload materials publicly in a way that makes them freely accessible

Violation of the license may result in account termination without refund.

Intellectual Property

All Kits, content, designs, text, graphics, branding, and assets (collectively "Content") are the intellectual property of Product Kit OS and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.

Except for the personal license granted to you, no rights are transferred or assigned.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to access areas of the Service without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials
• Use bots or automated systems to scrape or download content

Updates and Changes to Content

Purchased Kits include access to future updates related to that specific Kit with no additional charge. We may update, replace, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no guarantees regarding uptime, uninterrupted access, or specific outcomes from using our Kits. Results vary based on your own effort, market factors, and implementation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Product Kit OS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service, including lost profits, data, or business opportunities.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Product Kit OS, its owners, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
