This Addendum supplements the Product Kit OS Privacy Policy and outlines additional rights and obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).

Additional Rights for EU Residents (GDPR)

Right to Access

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

Right to Correction

You may request updates or corrections to inaccurate information.

Right to Deletion

You may request deletion of your personal data, unless we are required to retain it by law or for legitimate business interests.

Right to Restrict Processing

You may request that we limit how your data is used in certain situations.

Right to Data Portability

You may request your data in a structured, commonly used format.

Right to Object

You may object to processing based on legitimate interests or for direct marketing.

Right to Withdraw Consent

Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.

Right to Know

You may request to know what categories of personal information we collect and how it is used.

Right to Access

You may request a copy of the personal data collected about you in the past 12 months.

Right to Deletion

You may request deletion of your data, subject to legal or operational exceptions.

Right to Opt Out of Sales

We do not sell personal data. Therefore, the opt out right is not applicable.

Right to Non Discrimination

We will not deny services, apply different pricing, or provide a different level of service if you exercise your CCPA rights.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf.

For security, we may request information to verify your identity before fulfilling personal data requests.

Data Processing Location
